Character homes on the west side
Our homes here are the Luxury West End Flat and The Old School in Dean Village. Neither is on the Amore Stay site yet, so their booking pages are linked below.
We look for unique, historic properties with character and a story. The Old School is a good example of the kind of home we like to take on: a building with a past that can give a guest a special stay.
We have more than 20 years of combined experience as both property managers and property owners, so the conversation starts from both sides of the arrangement.

Listings and stays
Marketing online, with access to OTA platform technology and in partnership with EPR Creations. Bookings and guest stays are managed, with a personal welcome rather than a call centre.
The house itself
Professional cleaning, hotel-standard linens, and a first line of property management when something needs attention. Key holding is available if you are not letting yet.
Fees
What full management costs
Depending on the size and location of your property, we offer a full management service from 20 to 25 percent plus VAT, tailored to your requirements. We do not publish a single tariff for every home. The fees question, and the rest of what owners ask us, is answered in the owner services FAQ.
