A home with a story in the Old Town
Our Old Town home is the West Bow Flat in Edinburgh’s Magical Old Town. It is not on the Amore Stay site yet, so its booking page is linked below.
We keep the portfolio deliberately small and look for unique, historic properties with character and a story. There is no magic formula, but there is a clear preference for homes that can give a guest a special stay, rather than for volume.
If you are considering a holiday let and are not ready to start, we also offer key holding and caretaking, so the home is checked and looked after in the meantime.

Marketing online, with access to OTA platform technology and in partnership with EPR Creations. Bookings and guest stays are managed, with a personal welcome rather than a call centre.

Professional cleaning, hotel-standard linens, and a first line of property management when something needs attention. Key holding is available if you are not letting yet.
Fees
What full management costs
Depending on the size and location of your property, we offer a full management service from 20 to 25 percent plus VAT, tailored to your requirements. We do not publish a single tariff for every home. The fees question, and the rest of what owners ask us, is answered in the owner services FAQ.
