Why Amore knows Calton Hill
Four of the homes Amore manages sit on Calton Hill and Regent Terrace: The Rock House, The Terrace Apartment, The Photographer's Studio and Regent Terrace. It is the biggest cluster in our portfolio, so the team is here often and knows these buildings and the guests who choose them.
We look for unique, historic properties with character and a story, and this part of the city has plenty of them. A famous owner or a particular address is not required. What matters is a home that can give a guest a special stay.
We have more than 20 years of combined experience as both property managers and property owners, so the conversation starts from both sides of the arrangement.

Fees
What full management costs
Depending on the size and location of your property, we offer a full management service from 20 to 25 percent plus VAT, tailored to your requirements. We do not publish a single tariff for every home. The fees question, and the rest of what owners ask us, is answered in the owner services FAQ.
